Welcome to VABotWallet, a service provided by VABOT, the owner of VABotWallet (hereinafter referred to as We, Us, Our and its derivatives), dedicated to facilitating transactions involving Ethereum and web tokens. By accessing or utilizing our mobile application and related services (collectively referred to as the App or Services), you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions (Terms). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our discretion. Your continued use of the App after any modifications signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this document periodically for any changes.

Definitions

• Crypto Assets: Refers to digital assets exclusively transacted via blockchain technology, encompassing digital coins, tokens, decentralized application assets, and other forms of digital mediums of exchange. We retain the unilateral right to determine and modify the list of available Crypto Assets within our Services.
• Decentralized Application (DApp): Denotes an application accessible by multiple users on a decentralized network, irrespective of platform.
• Third Party Services: Indicates the possibility, facilitated through API integration, to exchange one type of crypto asset for another or to exchange crypto assets for fiat currency and vice versa. We do not provide exchange services directly.
• Application Programming Interfaces (API): Third-party software integrated within our Software enabling users to utilize Third Party Services.

Use Of The Services

Our Services are accessible through various software platforms, including:

• The mobile application VABotWallet, accessible on Google Play and the AppStore.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, royalty-free, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable worldwide licence to access and transfer Crypto Assets through our Applicaion.

The Software and Services may require updates or third-party software updates to access their latest features, including security enhancements.

Eligibility

By accessing the Website or downloading the Software, you confirm that:

• You are of legal age to agree to these Terms according to your local laws.
• Your jurisdiction permits the use of our Services.
• You possess the necessary knowledge to engage in blockchain-based transactions.
• You have the authority to agree to these Terms personally or on behalf of a legal entity.
• All information provided to us is accurate, current, and complete.
• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you disagree with these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

Wallet Service

VABotWallet provides software for creating, generating, and storing Crypto Assets addresses, transaction requests, and encrypted private keys via our Wallet. We do not hold responsibility for errors in blockchain network code used to broadcast transaction requests.

Users are responsible for securely managing their master private keys and any associated backup mnemonic. We adhere to best practices for deterministic wallets, including BIP-32 and BIP-44 documentation.

The Website and Application do not store or access users master private keys or unencrypted keys and addresses. Users must remember their Wallet credentials.

Transactions

Our Services enable users to create, send, and receive transaction requests and receive information on Crypto Assets transactions. We do not guarantee transaction recording on each blockchain network. Users are responsible for ensuring transaction compliance with applicable blockchain network rules.

Transaction fees may apply in addition to fees required by the respective blockchain network. We do not access users transactions.

Third Party Services

Exchange Services are provided by Third Parties, and users must accept Third Party terms and conditions, including applicable fees, to utilize these services.

Disclaimers and Risk Disclosurest

• No Control Over Blockchains and Crypto Assets: We do not control the Crypto Assets used within our Services and are not liable for risks associated with blockchain network vulnerabilities or protocol changes.
• No Control Over Actions Of The Third Parties: Users are solely responsible for interactions with Third-Party services, and we are not liable for unauthorized Third-Party activities.
• No Control Over Your Own Actions: Users are responsible for their actions and must safeguard their private keys and mnemonic keys.
• Accuracy of Information: We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information provided and are not liable for any resulting losses.
• Risks Associated with the Blockchain Protocol: Malfunctions or attacks on the blockchain protocol may affect the functioning of our Services.
• Risk of Unfavorable Regulatory Action: Regulatory actions may impact the functioning of our Services.
• Unanticipated Risks: Crypto Assets pose new and unanticipated risks beyond those discussed.
• No Professional Advice: Our Services do not constitute professional advice, and users are responsible for their decisions.

Privacy Policy

Personal information provided to us is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on the Website.

No Warranty

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, we do not warrant that our Services are fit for any purpose.

Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify us against claims arising from their breach of these Terms or third-party claims related to their actions.
